Where to get a good stormtrooper helmet?

Post by Daniel_Meicker »

So i already have armor but i also need a helmet, anyone have a good website (would be great if they're from EU because import taxes)

I have seen a lot of hate on originalstormtrooper even tho i don't really see what is wrong with their armor other than it's pretty expensive, i would like to see if i could get a cheaper helmet than what they sell

Stay away from Andrew Ainsworth, his stuff is over priced and needs work to be made approvable. And then there is the little thing about him stealing credit for sculpting stuff, he did not do.

As i said in my old thread it's a bit too late for me as i already own the armour, but do you have any idea on where to get a good helmet?

I have seen the "eFX 'A New Hope' Stormtrooper Helmet." which also looks pretty good but is that aproveable?

There is a joint at the front of the helmet that shouldn't be there but if you are good with bondo paint and sanding you could probably get it approved with a lot of work

All the makers at whitearmor make helmets that's approvable. I know RS and TM are stationed in UK.
They both take helmets only orders if you don't want the armor.

Also, go to whitearmor.net and read the threads there. After you're finished reading, read some more. Then, read it again. And finally, read more. After you're done with all that reading and research, read some more... After some more reading, then order your armor and helmet. Please, don't skip any part of this little tutorial ;)
