After a long night now of weathering i am getting happy about the colouring. Especially for a first time weathering anything. Whats your opinions? I gladly hear others opinions so i can get it as good as possible. Yhanknyou

Thanks Ronny. I was worried it wasnt as good as i felt it was
No, it's not SGB. It's Jim Tripon glassfiber, like the rest of my kit

Re: 22400 Shore build
current state of the abdomen. Have trimmed out some lines on it for better mobility, but might have to trim the belt section down a little bit. Will keep enough to keep the belt fastened there though.
here's the state of chest and back aswell as shoulders. Have started masking for the SL paint theme. Will also fill in some of the smaller parts of the back plate by hand painting. Decided that would be easier than masking them.

Re: 22400 Shore build
A minor setback and also the downside of getting in line for kit too soon.
Back when mine was booked and shipped the info for boxes was 4 normal large and 2 extra large, and recent info and correct one is 6 normal large for SL.
So i had to do some trimming of the 2 extra large ones to even out the size. Trimmed the top a bit, the general lenght of the middle and took off the bottom so all areas will be filled nicely. Glueing with e6k once dry and then painting them so only about 2 days setback.

Re: 22400 Shore build
Here's a bit of progress and a change to my bucket. The crl gave the flexibility i was hoping for.
Here i have started cutting out and filing down the vents on the back plate.
Just finished it all, and cleaned it. Looks pretty badass in my opinion. Once it has dried, i will glue in some of the foam i used for the arm sections. Have tons leftover.
Did the same thing with the bucket last night and thought i would show before and after adding foam.
Before adding foam:
After adding foam:
Next part on the list is to put the forearms on and try them a bit to figure out where i should cut the fronts. Since the crl approves of cutting them down to match smaller people, i can make them fit me perfectly

Re: 22400 Shore build
The tan was now confirmed and it is not Ivory as we have been using until now. I will most likely repaint myself after the premiere and getting basic on it.
The color is: Montana Gold Sahara Beige

Here are some new pictures of the status. It is more or less done, i just need to do some final fitting checks of belt and stuff and then i can take the approval pictures. There are things i want to improve later for even higher rating.
