You could leave a gap around the lens, none would be able to see it.

The lens actually have quite a bit of air gap several places. (see pic)
I'll add some more padding to see if that helps, as I need to do that for a more comfortable fit anyway.
Anti-fog is also an easier fix than trying to increase the air gap.

Is the gap in the bottom of The mask or top? If it is in the top .it will not help mutch it needs to be on the lower part

SL-88561 reporting for duty!

Also, added more padding to the mask as shown in the pic.
Much more comfortable fit, and helps with the fogging.

Next up is Cpt Rex and a Jawa for my kid
