The contents of hand sanitizers varies a great deal from brand to brand. Some are mostly isopropylalcohol while others are based on denatured ethanol - and denatured alcohol does often contain tiny amounts of acetone so that is a big no-no for plastics.

Isopropyl alcohol can be very expensive at a pharmacy, at least compared to Kjell o Co in Sweden.
Elektronikrengöring-spray at Biltema is supposed to be 100% isopropylalcohol, but I can't confirm that there are no trace amounts of other chemicals.

On front of Munkegata 31 (Platekompaniet) in Trondheim there was a sewing/hobby shop, at least when I lived there 4 years ago. If you're lucky, they're still there!
They have elastics, webbings, buttons++
